Ultimate hose maintenance for washing, testing, drying and reeling of B - C - D - hoses with a length of up to 25 / 35 . Very good personal protection. The hose is maintained behind a safety glazing. The operator can mark the hose at the parts of the hose without having to leave his place. The VSCmax is completely automated and represents the most space-saving system which ever existed. Less than 5 m² net surface is necessary – and even with 1 m the required surface is still less than 8 m². The system is operated completely from the front.

Process:
During all work processes, the operator acts in front of the system at a protected place with nearly no distances. The first coupling is connected to the traction/testing device and the program flow is started (activity 1). The hose is washed, immediately afterwards vacuum-dried and extended on the testing surface to start testing. Once the second coupling reaches the testing area, it is coupled to the circuit testing connection and set under pressure (activity 2). Thanks to the testing procedure – for which a patent is applied - it is possible to generate the necessary testing pressure for the hose within less than 10 seconds. The VSCmax has an integrated efficiency drying (test water preheating). The testing area is visible thanks to the break-proof polycarbonate which protects the operator anytime. .
The automated process finishes the testing process as requested and drains the hose within shortest time (patent applied). The VSCmax releases the second coupling. The hose is positioned independently in the reeling fork and single or double reeling takes place (alternatively) in the next sequence. After finishing the reeling process, the fork is pulled out of the hose. The operator can take out the ready hose detaching the first coupling of the hose (activity 3).

The operator never has to retract or swing out any supply equipment, use any “fire hooks” to guide the hose or pull the hose or insert the hose manually into the reeler or the washing system. The system is highly automated so that only 3 operations must be carried out by the user. Only corrosion-protected materials, preferentially stainless steel and anodized aluminium are principally used. The testing equipment is maintenance and wear-free. The machine room is freely accessible. The system has a cleaning programme so that the operator has to do very few operations which are usually limited to the external cleaning activities if the system is contaminated by the hose material.
